WS 938 by Siliconi acts as a defoamer and anti-foaming agent. It is a non-ionic, silicone-, VOC- and APEO-free compound based on fatty acids and ethoxylates derivatives.

It is odorless and exhibits good antifoaming performance at low concentrations & high stability.
It controls and eliminates foam during production phases and during use of emulsion polymerization in paints & inks.
Suitable for plasters, plastic, architectural, gloss, mat, decorative and industrial & special emulsion paints.
Also used for pigmented pastes, varnish and inks.
Usually added twice, once during pigment dispersion and second during dilution phase.
It is compatible with vinyl and acrylic resins.
The suggested dosage is from 0.1 to 0.3% on weight of paint.
WS 938 has a shelf life of at least 12 months.
