Organically modified aluminium derivative. Acts as a rheological additive. Increases the viscosity of binders in solvent based systems and causes pseudoplastic rheology. Prevents the settling and sagging. Has no influence on gloss. Acts only on binders containing ester-, hydroxyl or other functional groups, which are able to form hydrogen bonds. Polar solvents may have an influence on the effectiveness. Is particularly suitable for high build systems, textured stoving paints, architectural and DIY-paints.
