NOPCALL W-2730 by San Nopco Limited (Sanyo Chemical) is a non-ionic dispersing agent for carbon black and phthalocyanine blue. It provides jet blackness. It is effective for improving gloss values. It is suitable for water-based color paste and inks. It is also used in gloss paint, metal- and plastic coatings. Recommended usage level of NOPCALL W-2730 is 5-30wt% on the weight of pigments.
