TUBALL™ MATRIX 205

TUBALL™ MATRIX 205 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on a single-wall carbon nanotube for solvent-based phenolic systems. It is a blend of fatty carboxylic acid ester derivative and ammonium salt of polyolefin-based derivatives as carrier. It offers superior electrical conductivity at ultralow dosage. It provides good color stability and good mechanical strength. It maintains rheological properties and viscosity or density of the host material. It allows the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors. It is used in electrostatic dissipative coatings and applications where electrical conductivity is required. TUBALL™ MATRIX 205 has a shelf life of 12 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-3.0 %wt.
