Low viscosity hydroxy modified resin. Used as a diluent for low viscosity epoxy systems such as epoxy-based concrete primer sealers applied to concrete floors and to provide impermeable membranes between asphaltic surfaces and concrete bridge decks. Acts as a good pigment wetting agent. Can be used as a very good plasticizer with low volatility. Does not tend to exude.
