Silquest™ A-1871 by Momentive Performance Materials is an epoxy-functional silane. Acts as an adhesion promoter and crosslinking agent. Designed for water-based coatings applications. Exhibits good tensile strength and water resistance. Provides outstanding chemical resistance and enhanced electrical and mechanical properties. Silquest™ A-1871 is compatible with polysulfide, urethane, epoxy and acrylic resins.
