Polyblend 200XF

Polyblend 200XF by Micro Powders is a blend of high-density polyethylene and PTFE. It acts as an abrasion resistance agent. It possesses extra fine particle size and high molecular weight. Offers surface hardness and lubricity. It is resistant to elevated processing temperatures and strong (e.g. aromatic) solvents. Polyblend 200XF is used in flexographic, gravure, web offset-heat set, sheetfed(quick set), ultraviolet and metal decorating printing inks. Also, used in can coatings, coil/PCM coatings, industrial paints, finishes and all types of overprint varnishes.
