Solplus™ D542

Solplus™ D542 by Lubrizol is a solution of 50% active polymeric dispersant in MPA: methoxy propanol 1:1 ratio. It offers improved powder dispersion and stability. It enables high filler/flame retardant loadings. It provides improved productivity due to increased filler levels and shorter dispersion times. It shows excellent storage stability and decreased viscosity. It is suitable for dispersion of fillers in elevated temperature cured polyester resins (SMC/BMC). The dosage level of Solplus™ D542 is 2-3%. The RRD is 2 years.
