Liquilube™ 504

Liquilube™ 504 by Lubrizol is an APE-Free, alkyl phenol ethoxylate-free anionic polyethylene wax emulsion. It is designed for use in water-based inks. It provides abrasion resistance. It yields excellent slip characteristics. It offers improved abrasion resistance, increased slip, improved block resistance. It is recommended for flexographic inks, gravure inks and overprint varnishes. The dosage level of the grade is 1-6%. The re-test date of Liquilube™ 504 is 365 days after date of manufacturing.
