Fluotron™ 110 by Lubrizol is an ultrafine, high-solid, virgin polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) wax dispersion. It provides excellent lubricity and superior tape. It promotes excellent slip, abrasion-, block- and heat resistance to 316. It is APE-free and offers COF properties. Fluotron™ 110 is used in water-based flexographic- and gravure inks as well as overprint varnishes. Recommended dosage level is 1-3%. The re-test date is 365 days after date of manufacturing.
