Firemaster® 504

Firemaster® 504 by Lanxess is a halogenated (bromine) blend of PHT4-Diol™ and phosphate ester. Acts as a flame retardant. It is a water-insoluble dark amber liquid. Exhibits low viscosity (pours at room temperature) offering improved process handling and storage (fast bulk tank transfer and higher solubility) characteristics versus neat Firemaster®508. Exhibits excellent compatibility with a broad range of commercial polyols and blowing agents. Completely soluble in dichloromethane, methanol, toluene and methyl ethyl ketone. Suitable for coatings.
