Omnivadd XP 6212 by IGM Resins is a low molecular weight, wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings

It offers improved pigment wetting, reduced grinding & dispersion time and stabilized pigment dispersion.
It is suitable for stabilizing inorganic pigments and extenders and strongly reduces mill-base viscosity.
It is suitable for coatings and composites.
It provides increased gloss and flow.
It is particularly suitable for stabilizing titanium dioxide and extenders.
It strongly reduces mill-base viscosity allowing high pigment loading.
It is suitable for general industrial coatings, transportation coatings (OEM and car refinish), acid-catalyzed systems (e.g. coil coatings) and PU sanding sealers (e.g. wood coatings).
It is suitable for filled unsaturated polyester systems such as gelcoats or combination of polystyrene, polyvinylacetate and styrenebutadiene copolymers (e.g. LS- or LPformulations).
The dosage level of the grade is 5-10% for inorganic pigments and 1-4% for titanium dioxide extenders.
The shelf life of the product is 5 years.
