Omnivadd XF 3236

Omnivadd XF 3236 by IGM Resins is a silicone-based slip and leveling agent with defoaming properties to improve the surface properties.

It increases surface slip and thus improves scratch & mar- resistance.
It is a heat resistant due to the alkyl-modification, which shows no thermal decomposition at high temperatures in baking systems such as coil coatings.
It prevents orange-peel effect and cratering.
It is highly recommended for stoving enamels based on alkyd-, acrylic- or polyester resins, acid cured- or polyurethane- wood finishes particularly when applied by curtain coating, self-leveling epoxy flooring compounds, UV-curable paper lacquers and air-dried alkyd systems.
The dosage level of the grade is 0.05-0.5% on total formulation weight.
It is used in wood, plastic, metal coatings and electronics industry.
Omnivadd XF 3236 has a shelf life of 5 years.
