POLYRON® 322 NEW by ICL is a VOC-free dispersing agent for waterborne emulsion paints and plasters. It is low dust, high-capacity powder designed for binding calcium and other metal ions with rapid viscosity reduction during the dispersion process. It is a slightly acidic, agglomerated sodium polyphosphate.
  • It is also used as flame retardant in printing inks and improves the cross-linking of the intumescent layer.
  • Due to its dispersing action, optimal particle size is rapidly achieved.
  • It also slows down sedimentation and stabilizes water hardness.
  • It offers high solids emulsion paints with low viscosity.
  • POLYRON® 322 NEW improves the storage stability when applied in combination with polyacrylates like LOPON® DA 200.
  • The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.15%.
  • It has a shelf life of 2 years.
