ERISYS® GE-21

Low viscosity, aliphatic, epoxidized butanediol. Used as a reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins in floor coatings. Shows compatibility at all concentrations with those resins and resin/diluent blends that can be cured using any epoxy resin curing agent. Does not effects the pot life of precatalyzed epoxy resin/acid anhydride formulations. Offers very good wettability. Possesses low moisture, hydrolyzable chloride and residual epichlorohydrin contents. Exhibits exceptionally low color which makes it a good choice in critical color applications.
