Micral® 932 by Huber Engineered Materials is a high surface area alumina trihydrate (99.6%) with a very precise, ultrafine particle size distribution. Acts as an economical halogen-free flame retardant and smoke suppressant. Exhibits exceptional brightness and excellent suspension. Offers improved handling properties, dependable delivery and long-term availability. It is a lower cost replacement for precipitated alumina trihydrate (ATH). It has lower soluble soda and free moisture content. Micral® 932 by Huber Engineered Materials is suitable for use in paper coatings.
