ACumist® A-6

ACumist® A-6 is a micronized oxidized polyethylene homopolymer by Honeywell. Designed for gravure inks, flexographic inks, wood and industrial coatings. Also used in water-based & UV/EB cured coatings and inks. Provides excellent slip, outstanding toughness, abrasion- and blocking resistance. Offers minimal impact on gloss and reduced coefficient of friction. Due to its high density it provides excellent anti-settling and anti-floating properties. It is highly compatible with aqueous-based systems and does not contribute to foaming. ACumist® A-6 is insoluble in solvents and UV-based monomers and oligomers at room temperature.
