A-C® 395A by Honeywell is a high-density oxidized polyethylene homopolymer. It is a hard grade with high drop point. Designed to improve surface properties including mar and abrasion resistance by lowering the coefficient of friction. A-C® 395A is used in polishes, overprint varnishes, water borne coatings and inks. It has an acid number of 41, which allows it to be readily emulsified into water. Approved with FDA.
