Additive 4137

Additive 4137 by Harmony Additives is an APEO-free, dispersing agent. It is a heterocyclic compound specially designed to impart excellent dispersion to positively charged products, says carbon black in addition to other pigments. It improves corrosion resistance and adhesion of paints/inks even to wet surfaces. Its dewatering capability displaces traces of water thereby supporting corrosion/rust inhibition. Additive 4137 is suitable for non-aqueous systems, solvent-based paints and liquid inks. Recommended dosage level for titanium dioxide is 2-3%, inorganic is 3-5%, organic is 5-7% and carbon-black is 8-12%.
