Non-hydrolyzable, active nonionic silicone polyol block copolymer consisting of polyoxyethylene blocks (EO) and dimethyl silicone polymer blocks joined through non-hydrolyzable silicon to carbon bonds. Used to improve flow and leveling of polyurethane coatings and impart non-stick characteristics to the cured coatings. Can be used as a pigment dispersant. Offers low surface tension. Contains Primary Hydroxyl Groups
