FDA-976

FDA-976 by FTC Korea is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive. It is an alkylammonium salt of a high molecular-weight copolymer. It is suitable for all pigments, and for stabilizing acidic & neutral carbon black. It is used in PVC plastisols, inks and solvent-borne & solvent-free coatings.

• It prevents separation and improves fiber wetting in SMC/BMC formulations.
• It offers good stability in pigments.
• It is designed for architectural-, industrial-, coil-, marine- & automotive coatings.
• The recommended dosage level is 5-10% for inorganic pigments, 1-3% for titanium dioxides, 10-25% for organic pigments, and 15-50% for carbon black.
• The shelf life of FDA-976 is 12 months.
