Zeothix® 95

Zeothix® 95 by Evonik is a micronized precipitated silica-based rheology modifier, flattening agent and matting agent. It exhibits exceptional clarity, transparency and provides rheology control for anti-settling & anti-sag. It offers flexible processing and easy post addition. Unlike other silicas for flattening, it is not wax treated. This product is a non-degradable, inert, non-combustible and insoluble material that is stable under normal conditions. It is suitable for both waterborne and solvent-borne systems. The low salt content of Zeothix® 95 is used to achieve a gloss level ranging from 15 to 45 in applications such as pigmented industrial coatings and clear coats, clear overprint varnishes, wood finishes, lacquers and deck stains.
