TEGO® Foamex 8820

TEGO® Foamex 8820 by Evonik is an effective bio-based defoamer concentrate. It is based on organic polymer technology and contains more than 55% renewable raw materials. It is free of silicone, solvent, and mineral oil. It is suitable for waterborne- and food contact compliant formulations. Used in grinding or let down stage in coating and printing ink formulations. It is applied with brush, roller, airless air spraying, compressed air spraying, dip-, flow and curtain coating. Recommended for overprint varnishes, flexo & gravure printing inks and flooring applications. The dosage level is 0.1-1.0% based on the total formulation. The shelf life of the TEGO® Foamex 8820 is 24 months.
