TEGO® Foamex 18

Tego® Foamex 18 by Evonik is a compatible, bio-based defoamer concentrate based on organic polymer technology. It is specially developed for architectural paints. It is based on 98% vegetable oil, a renewable raw material and is free of silicone, solvent & mineral oil. Suitable for the grinding or letdown stage of pigmented formulations. It is applied by brush application/roller application, airless spraying and compressed air spraying. Tego® Foamex 18 is designed for waterborne formulations. It meets the requirement of all relevant EcoLabels such as the Blue Angel and EU Ecolabel. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0%.
