TEGO® Dispers 690

TEGO® Dispers 690 by Evonik is high molecular weight polymer. Acts as a pigment-wetting agent and dispersant. High pigment loadings can be achieved due to strong viscosity reduction when used in solvent borne, polyurethane (PU)-containing or binder-free pigment dispersions. Maintains color intensity and gloss with fillers and pigments including organic, inorganic and carbon blacks. TEGO® Dispers 690 is opalescent in styrene. Highly compatible with NC (nitrocellulose) binders too and works well with titanium dioxide as well. Designed specifically for solvent borne printing inks used in food packaging. Effective in gravure and flexographic inks for lamination applications. Suitable for resin-based and resin-free pigment concentrates. Complies with EINECS and A list of Swiss Ordinance SR 817.023.21 (Annex 6).
