Tego® Dispers 653

Tego® Dispers 653 by Evonik is a solvent- and label-free, modified polyether with groups of high pigment affinity. It acts as a anionic, wetting and dispersing additive specifically for the production of universal colorants for decorative coatings. It offers viscosity reduction and color intensity/gloss with organic pigments/carbon blacks and inorganic pigments/fillers. It wets and stabilizes inorganic and organic pigments. It is compatible with waterborne, resin-free pigment concentrates, universal pastes and partly compatible with resin-containing pigment concentrates. It is used in universal pigment concentrates, architectural paints and printing inks. Recommended addition level is 12-25% for inorganic pigment, 40-70% for organic pigment and 40-90% for carbon black. Tego® Dispers 653 has a shelf life of 24 months.
