POLYCAT® 140

POLYCAT® 140 by Evonik acts as a low-emissive amine reactive catalyst. It is more selective for the water-isocyanate blowing reaction. Due to its chemical structure POLYCAT® 140 can react into the foam, significantly reducing off-gassing over time and amine related odor when used in combination with Polycat® 31 , Polycat® 141 or Polycat® 142 catalysts. Offers reduced emissions and competitive cost in use. POLYCAT® 140 is used in water blown, low density spray polyurethane foams applications.
