ANCAMINE® 2636

Ancamine® 2636 by Evonik is a curing agent based on modified aliphatic amine. It possesses the ability to cure well under adverse conditions of high humidity and low temperatures till 10°C. It acts as an accelerator for other curing agents. It exhibits fast cure and rapid development of hardness, high strength and modulus, reduced tendency to form carbonates with carbon dioxide in the atmosphere during cure and good chemical resistance to distilled water, inorganic and organic acids as well as alkalis. It is used in solvent-free and high-solids-, chemically resistant coatings and tank linings. Ancamine® 2636 has a recommended dosage level of 40 phr.
