NUOSPERSE® 3100 by Elementis is an organic solvent- and APEO-free, anionic, surface active compound. Acts as a dispersing agent. It is a yellowish clear liquid. It is suitable for the production of VOC-free aqueous colorants and pigment dispersions. Typical use levels are 5-15% based on the total weight of the colorant. NUOSPERSE® 3100 has a shelf life of 2 years.
