Masil® Ultra MF 8201

Masil Ultra MF 8201 by DyStar is a water-reducible, silicone-based water-repellant emulsion for coatings. In waterborne latex or high solids silicone-latex systems, it imparts improved adhesion to substrates and aids in the film formation characteristics, yielding a tougher, more crosslinked surface. It is designed for the treatment of concrete, stucco, brick, mortar, synthetic & natural stone, along with other mineral construction materials. It dramatically reduces penetration of liquid water while leaving the substrate permeable to water vapor. The suggested initial concentration of Masil Ultra MF 8201 is 1-2% by weight. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
