Dynoadd® F-409

Dynoadd® F-409 by Dynea is a polyester-based, siloxane modified additive. Dynoadd® F-409 acts as a leveling, flow and gloss additive that effectively controls surface tension in UV coating systems. It exhibits improved substrate wetting, surface slip and film appearance at low dosage levels, prevention of surface defects like orange peel and craters in spray applied coatings. It even shows complete solubility in solvents like aromatic hydrocarbons, glycol ethers, esters, alcohols, limited solubility in aliphatic hydrocarbons and insolubility in water. Compatible with most solvent-borne and solvent-free radiation curing systems independent of oligomer chemistry. Dynoadd® F-409 is useful in general industry applications and wood coatings. Registered in TSCA, AICS, IECSC, ENCS, DSL, KECI/ECL, NZloC, PICCS, TSCA and REACH.
