Titanium ethyl acetoacetate complex. Acts as a crosslinking agent, catalyst and as an adhesion promoter. Also as a drying agent. It is low in toxicity, produces high yields, can be used at low concentrations and is easy to work. Its high reactivity at low temperatures enables it to react with common functional groups such as R-OH, M-OH, Si-OH and R-COOH for crosslinking, adhesion promotion and coating formation on polymers, mineral substrates and metals. Used in processes such as esterification, transesterification, addition, polycondensation and similar reactions.
