M-381 by Cortec is a water-based corrosion inhibitor. Offers excellent corrosion resistance and low viscosity. Improves salt spray, humidity, and prohesion resistance. Prevents flash rusting. It is compatible with carboxylated acrylic or styrene-acrylic latices. M-381 is suitable for use in water-based paints & coatings applications. It can be post-added to the batch and offers low VOCs. It is effective on carbon steel, cast iron, aluminum and galvanized steel. The product has a shelf life of 1 year.
