Amine affinity groups containing polymerized synthetic binder. Acts as a milling (grinding) agent. It is a pale yellow liquid. Improves color & gloss, stabilizes concentrate and reduces cost. Suitable for high pigment concentrates, water-based flexographic inks and paints. Suggested dosage is 10-20% calculated on weight of total formula.
