DISPERBYK® -2155 TF

DISPERBYK® -2155 TF by BYK is a VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-borne, high solids and solvent-free systems. It deflocculates and stabilizes pigments thus prevents flooding and floating in pigment blends. It provides increased gloss, color strength, transparency or hiding power, and reduced viscosity. It is compatible with alkyd resins, cellulose nitrate, polyols, chlorinated rubber, epoxides, and polyurethanes. DISPERBYK® -2155 TF improves flow properties and allows higher pigment loading. It is designed for general industrial-, automotive-, architectural-, wood- and furniture coatings. It is also used for floor coatings and printing inks. Its recommended dosage level for inorganic pigment is 5-10%, titanium dioxide is 1-3%, organic pigment is 10-35% and carbon black is 15-75%. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
