DISPERBYK® -166 TF

DISPERBYK® -166 TF by BYK is a high molecular weight and tin-free wetting and dispersing agent. It deflocculates pigments and stabilizes them by means of steric hindrance. It offers increased gloss, color strength, transparency or hiding power, and reduced millbase viscosity. DISPERBYK® -166 TF is designed for organic pigments in solvent-borne coatings and hard-to-disperse pigments (such as DPP). It is recommended for automotive coatings. Its dosage level for titanium dioxide is 5-6% and organic pigment is 50-80%. It has a shelf life of 60 months.
