DISPERBYK® -101 N

DISPERBYK® -101 N by BYK is an APEO-free wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-borne systems. It deflocculates and stabilizes pigments thus prevents flooding and floating in pigment blends. It imparts increased gloss, color strength, transparency or hiding power, and reduced viscosity. DISPERBYK® -101 N improves flow properties and allows higher pigment loading. It is developed for stabilizing inorganic pigments. It is designed for industrial-, architectural-, protective-, automotive-, wood- and furniture coatings. Its recommended dosage level for inorganic pigment is 1.5-4%, titanium dioxide is 1-4% and organic pigment is 2-10%. It has a shelf life of 36 months. It is not available on the US market.
