AQUACER® 1550 R

AQUACER® 1550 R by BYK acts as an abrasion resistance (Taber) and scratch resistance agent. It is an APEO-free, non-ionic emulsion based on a PTFE-modified HD polyethylene wax. It improves surface properties and helps to increase the slip. AQUACER® 1550 R is used for aqueous wood and industrial coatings. Its recommended dosage level is 2% to 4% based on the total formulation. It has a shelf life of 15 months.
