BYK® -3933 P

Modified polyacrylate, adsorbed on silicon dioxide. Contrary to the standard leveling additives, it has a multifunctional performance profile. It does not only ensure good leveling and anti-crater results but it also creates a high, unspoiled transparency with minimized haze in powder clear coats. Increases the surface tension as well as provides sound wetting and easy coatability which is important for powder coatings that are basecoats or get recoated with liquid coatings. Prevents fogging effects which are caused by evaporation or humidity. Used in powder coatings.
