Hydropalat® 5050

Ammonium polyacrylate. Acts as a wetting and dispersing agent to optmise the dispersing process of pigments and fillers in aqueous systems. Offers very good gloss retention in gloss and semi-gloss systems. Provides very good viscosity stability upon storage. Exhibits high scrub resistance and good compatibility with reactive pigments. Possesses increased spray drying capacity. Promotes total color development, even with difficult to disperse pigments. Used in aqueous systems like emulsion paints (matt to glossy), pigment pastes, ceramics. Approved by FDA.
