Lapox® K-105

Lapox® K-105 by Atul is a dark-black colored, coal tar modified polyamine adduct. Acts as curing agent suitable to cure epoxy resin at ambient temperature. Exhibits good chemical resistance to mild acids and alkali. It provides faster reactivity and short pot life when cured with modified and unmodified epoxy resins. It is preferred as economical coating to metal and concrete substrates. It is suitable for solvent-free epoxy coatings for less stringent applications where high temperature and solvents are not encountered. Lapox® K-105 is recommended for construction and high build coatings including coating on drainage pipes & waste water treatment plants, protection to bridge and effluent treatment plants, storage silos for granular chemicals and under body coating of vehicles. It has a shelf-life of 1 year.
