ACTYBIO MBB by ATC Biocides is a CMIT- and formaldehyde free preservative formulated with three different highly effective active ingredients, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT), 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT) and bronopol. It provides complementary modes of action, leading to robust, wide-ranging effectiveness and long-term effectiveness against damage caused by bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is effective against pseudomonas and offers stability against high alkalinity & high temperatures.

ACTYBIO MBB is used for the preservation of aqueous technical preparations including paints, paper coatings, pigment pastes and inks.
It complies with European BPR regulation EU/528/2012 and European regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006.
