Afcona -6530 by Afcona Additives is a solvent-free, modified polyurethane and polyurea compound. It acts as a rheology modifier, depending on the interaction of dispersed particles in aqueous systems. It shows low influence to leveling and does not effect gloss of coating. It improves anti-flooding and settlement prevention in thick film coating. Afcona -6530 is suitable for water-based coatings & inks as well as aqueous and solvent-less systems. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-2.0% on total formulation. The shelf life of the grade is 3 years.
