Afcona -4203

Afcona -4203 by Afcona Additives is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for all types of pigments. It is a modified polyester polymer based on the lastest structure of steric hindrance and newly designed anchoring groups. It offers excellent wetting and dispersing performance to inorganic, organic, and carbon black pigments. Afcona -4203 reduces viscosity of high pigment content paste, and provides better stability of concentrates for long time storage. It is suitable for low VOC, solvent-free printing inks. It is compatible with common resins such as PU, epoxy, polyester/melamine, thermosetting acrylic/melamine, alkyd/melamine, acid curing, NC and UV. Recommended dosage level for TiO2 is 2-3%, other inorganic pigments is 5-10%, organic pigments is 20-40% and carbon black is 30-80%. The shelf life of the grade is 5 years.
