Afcona -2721

Afcona -2721 by Afcona Additives is silicone based defoamer. Provides good de-aeration as well as good defoaming properties due to the combination of silicone and non- silicone components. It will not give too much haziness to the system and have good compatibility. Afcona -2721 is tailor made for UV coatings as the solvent used is an active solvent that can react into the system. Addition and dosage : 0.1-1.0% on total formulation. In general under normal conditions, the dosage is 0.2 – 0.5% based on total formulation.
