ADDAPT® HydroSeal™ HS 05C

ADDAPT® HydroSeal™ HS 05C by ADDAPT Chemicals is a non-toxic and non-flammable water repellent for masonry and cementitious substrates. It is a proprietary blend of additives. It provides a transparent water vapor barrier and allows internal moisture to be released without damage to the surface, whilst preventing further water ingress. It offers reduction in efflorescence, carbondioxide transmission, surface dirt pick-up and mold, fungal & other microbial infestations. It also allows reduced freeze thaw cracking & spalling of bricks as well as improved winter fuel efficiency by maintaining the effect heat insulation properties of dry bricks. ADDAPT® HydroSeal™ HS 05C is suitable for coating applications.
