EPOXOL® EP185 by ACS Technical Products is a benzyl-modified functional epoxy diluent with high bio-based content. It is extremely hydrophobic and exhibits excellent compatibility with liquid epoxy resins. Suitable for paints, epoxy coatings, floorings, and architectural & construction products.

It provides improved toughness & flexibility, and chemical-, abrasion-, impact- & water resistance compared to traditional glycidyl ether & other epoxy diluents.
Offers moisture-resistant properties and excellent viscosity reduction.
It is non-chain terminating when used as a modifier in Bis A, Bis F, and Novolac epoxies crosslinked with a variety of chemistries.
The shelf life of EPOXOL® EP185 is 2 years.
