Celanese Conductive Inks IMS 2023 Celanese debuted its Micromax™ LF Series Conductive Inks and GreenTape™ LF95C Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) materials system at IMS 2023, June 11-16, in San Diego, California.

Suitable for Printed Electronics Industry

Micromax™ Electronic Inks and Paste collaborates and develops electronic inks for the printed electronics industry.

It is a brand of printable, stretchable and moldable functional thick film inks, pastes and ceramic tapes and are utilized for circuitry, interconnection and packaging of electronic devices in automotive, passive components, telecom, consumer electronics, healthcare and military applications featuring properties, such as enhanced circuit density, improved thermal management, higher reliability and other critical functionality.

The LF95C is a lead-free version of the well-known GreenTape™ 951 system. It is essential to performance for high-frequency, high-reliability applications and 5G communications and offers circuit designers and manufacturers an innovative solution for tapes and compatible conductors. The LF95C material system is designed for telecom applications up to 40 GHz.

"The GreenTape™ LTCC system delivers a low dissipation factor under various frequency ranges with high reliability and enables design freedom while achieving miniaturization and lower insertion loss. This newly launched lead-free solution is easy-to-use and more economical for high-volume commercial applications," said Andy Kao, Celanese global telecom segment leader, Micromax™ Electronic Inks and Pastes.
