Peintures Prolux Inc., part of the Protech Group, acquires the liquid coatings business of Evotech Peintures Industrielles (Evotech), based in Anjou, Quebec, Canada.

Evotech is a liquid coatings manufacturer with a flagship production factory based in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada. The company also has two service centers, one in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, and the other in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. All manufacturing equipment and offices will continue to operate under the Protech Group brand.
Evotech formulations, notably marketed under the Acrythane® brand, have been refined for optimal performance in the windows and doors industry, as well as commercial vehicles and heavy equipment industries.
