PPG has completed its acquisition of Dexmet Corporation, a manufacturer of specialty materials for surfaces in:

- Automotive
- Industrial applications.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Specialty Chemicals Manufacturer Dexmet
Dexmet was founded in 1948. The company, which has approximately 75 employees, specializes in customized, highly-engineered, expanded and perforated metal foils and polymers used for mission-critical applications in aerospace, energy storage, and other industrial applications.
